1. Event and Corporate Booking Cancellations
Corporate, Private, or Event Bookings
- A deposit is required to secure corporate, private, or event bookings
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Any cancellation will result in forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of notice period
Deposits cover preparation, scheduling, logistics, and equipment allocation.
Pop-Up and Activation Session Bookings
- Bookings made to attend a scheduled pop-up or activation session may be cancelled at any time
- No cancellation penalty applies
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed where payment has been made in advance
2. Product Refunds and Returns
Change of Mind
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days only if:
- The item is unopened
- The item remains sealed
- The item is in original packaging
- The item has not been powered on, operated, or had batteries inserted
If any of the above conditions are not met, returns and refunds are not accepted.
Opened or Used Items
No refunds or returns will be accepted where:
- Packaging has been opened or resealed
- The product has been powered on or operated
- Batteries have been inserted
- The product shows signs of use, wear, or testing
3. Faulty Products and Warranty
Where a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not function as intended:
- Australian Consumer Law applies
- Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue
- All fault claims are assessed in line with our Warranty Policy
Warranty claims may be rejected where damage is caused by misuse, physical impact, crashes, modifications, or wear and tear.

4. Return Process
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns or warranty claims
- Purchase date must not exceed 14 days
- Returned items must be assessed before any refund or replacement is issued
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law

- Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method
- Major Banks (excl. CBA) 5-10 days depending on your bank or card issuer)

- Time-based experiences already commenced
